POLYplank™
The ultimate anti-slip decking solution for heavy-footfall areas. Polydeck’s castellated planks offer a near-diamond-hard finish that ensures a Slip Resistance Rating of 92 when wet. Upholding an exceedingly high safety standard for the public. Lasting over 75 years, these planks provide a long-term replacement for traditional timber planks that may fail after just 7-10 years, with little maintenance required they boast significant savings over their lifecycle.

Our castellated planks achieve a Pendulum Test Value (PTV) of 92, ensuring safety even in wet conditions.
Fire Performance:
All GRP is self-extinguishing and fire-resistant to BS476 part 7 & 6 class 1.
Lightweight & Easy Install:
Our GRP is very lightweight, making it easy to install on-site and reducing the need for heavy machinery.
Certified Standards:
Products are designed to meet Eurocode 19101 and are supported by ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications. POLYplanks™ are also UK and EU patent protected.
Sustainability and Innovation
Plastic Bottle Recycling:
Since 2023, we have diverted over 2.66 million 500ml PET plastic bottles from landfills by using them in our foam cores.
Carbon Reduction:
We use 100% renewable electricity and provide EPD Certified POLYplank, post, and rail products.
Zero Waste to Landfill:
Our GRP waste is sent to waste-to-energy facilities, ensuring it does not end up in a landfill.
Resilient Design:
Our thermoset GRP will not distort in extreme temperatures and will not rot or corrode in damp conditions.
