Polydeck Limited opened its doors in 2001 and started life as a business manufacturing anti slip panels and stair treads made from glass reinforced polyester (GRP).
Using our unique closed mould technology, our product range grew, and we now offer a range of anti-slip products which can be used in a variety of environments. Our most popular range of products is our GRP bridges, boardwalks and planks which combine our long-lasting GRP walking surface with a structural foam core infill, manufactured from recycled plastic bottles. Sustainability
Polydeck puts the environment at the forefront of its product design, and we are constantly looking at ways of reducing carbon emissions and making our products more sustainable. In 2023, we were able save over 1,136,348 plastic bottles from being sent to landfill by using these in our structural foam core which makes our planks, posts and rails. This equated to a saving of over 47.07 tonnes of CO2 emissions compared to using virgin plastic.
